Frequently asked questions

FAQ

The most common questions before starting a nutrition programme.

What happens during the first visit?

The first visit includes a full assessment (lifestyle, dietary habits, medical history), body composition analysis and, if available, interpretation of your blood tests. At the end you'll have a clear picture of your nutritional status and the first steps to take.

How long does a nutrition programme last?

It depends on the goal: a dietary re-education path may last a few months, while support for medical conditions usually requires more continuous follow-up. We'll discuss this together from the first visit.

Are online consultations available?

Yes, consultations can also be carried out remotely via video call, with the same level of attention as an in-person visit.

Do you work with people who have specific conditions?

Yes. I design nutrition plans for metabolic syndrome, diabetes, dyslipidemia, hypertension, allergies and intolerances, and gastrointestinal disorders, always in coordination with your treating physician or specialist.

Do I have to take supplements?

No. Supplementation is only suggested when genuinely useful — for confirmed deficiencies, increased needs or intense training — and always on an evidence-based footing, never as a substitute for a balanced diet.
